SMS Terms & Conditions

1. The program

These terms govern text messages (SMS and MMS) sent by Oridian Consulting LLC, a Colorado limited liability company doing business as Oridian ("Oridian," "we," "us"), from our business telephone numbers (the "Oridian Funding Consultation Texts" program). By opting in you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Messages relate to your inquiry and, with your express consent, may include informational, follow-up and occasional program-update messages about the business funding you asked us about. Messages are conversational and relate to your inquiry: scheduling, confirming or rescheduling a consultation; following up on a consultation request; reminders about calls you booked; requests for information or documents you agreed to provide; and status updates on your file. Where you have asked us to, we may also tell you about Oridian services relevant to your situation.

Oridian is a brokerage. We do not lend, and a text from us is never an offer, approval or guarantee of credit. Approval, amounts, and terms are decided by lenders based on their own criteria.

2. How you opt in

You join the program only by one of these actions:

• Submitting the "Book a free call" or "Start an application" form on oridian.org and ticking the unchecked-by-default consent box, which reads: "I agree to receive calls and texts from Oridian about my inquiry at the number provided, including by automated technology. Consent is not a condition of service. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." We record the date, time, IP address and the exact wording you agreed to.
• Texting the keyword JOIN (or START) to (786) 921-0325. You will receive one confirmation message: "Oridian: You are now subscribed to business funding application updates and follow-ups. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
• Completing our SMS opt-in form at unsub.getoridian.com/sms-opt-in and ticking its unchecked-by-default consent box.
• Asking a member of our team, in writing or on a recorded call, to text you at your number. We note the request on your file.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any Oridian service. We do not buy phone lists, and we do not text people who have not opted in with us directly.

3. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies and depends on where your inquiry stands; during an active inquiry you may receive several messages in a week, and none at all once your file is closed. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Oridian does not charge for text messages.

4. How to stop (STOP)

Reply STOP to any Oridian text to opt out. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent to that number unless you opt in again (for example by replying START or by submitting a new form). You can also opt out by emailing support@oridian.org or calling (888) 821-9016. Opting out of texts does not affect emails or calls you have separately agreed to; tell us if you want those to stop as well.

5. How to get help (HELP)

Reply HELP to any Oridian text for assistance, or contact us at support@oridian.org or (888) 821-9016, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern.

6. Your number and your privacy

We use your mobile number to send the messages described above and to keep a record of your consent and your opt-out. We do not share your mobile number or your text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Our messaging platform and telephone carriers process messages on our behalf as service providers and may not use your number for their own purposes. Everything else about how we handle your information is in our Privacy Policy.

7. Carriers and delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and network availability. The program is available on major US carriers; if your carrier does not support it, you may not receive our messages.

8. Eligibility and your responsibilities

• You must be 18 or older and the account holder (or have the account holder's permission) for the mobile number you provide.
• Only US mobile numbers are supported.
• If you change or give up your number, tell us or reply STOP first so the next owner of the number does not receive messages meant for you.
• Do not text us sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, full bank account numbers or passwords; we will ask for anything sensitive through the client portal.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our program, our platform or the law changes. The current version is always at oridian.org/sms-terms/, and the effective date below tells you when it last changed. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms; you can leave at any time by replying STOP.
